3) Date and time of your event

4) Location: town, street, building (is it a church or school or ?)

5) storytellers involved; other artists involved:

6) relief agencies being supported (See Managing Donations for details on this)

7) price of tickets; are tickets available in advance?

8) telephone and email source of further information -- this will be posted on the web site, so please use a number that can be made public.

9) Name, street address, telephone number, and email address of a contact person for the administrative purposes (this will not be made public)
